Islay/Port Ellen Airport (EGPI) scenery refreshes the Scottish island airfield with a new terminal, three gates, and retained light-aircraft parking, plus service roads, extra buildings, and trees that bring life to previously sparse surroundings. Darker textures define disused areas, and an added ILS to runway 31 improves approaches in FSX.

SCENERY - EGPI - ISLAY/PORT ELLEN, Scotland, UK.

For those who downloaded first version, apologies. This uses darjer textures for disused areas and corrects a couple of other minor issues.

Fictional improvements to basic FSX version. New terminal and 3 gates, old parking areas retained for light aircraft. Airport service roads and a few new buildings and trees to add to otherwise barren FSX airport. ILS added to rwy 31 (109.90mhz).

INSTALLATION:

Paste all EGPI files (4) into your FSX/Addon scenery/scenery directory.

NB. If you installed version 1, overwrite all files when asked.

Launch FSX, go to airport UK, Islay (EGPI).

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
