FSX Supermarine Spitfire IX "FN-L" And "FN-K"

Supermarine Spitfire IX "FN-L" And "FN-K" (textures only). Included are three texture sets showing Spitfire IXe's of 331 Sqn, Royal Norwegian Air Force. "FN-L" is depicted both as it looked during the homecoming flight to Norway in May 1945 and with newly applied flagstripes around the fuselage in the summer of 1945. "FN-K" is depicted with newly applied RNoAF markings as it looked in 1946. Repaint by Jens-Ole Kjolberg.

Installation (FsX)

This zip file contains only the textures. You will also need to buy the Realair Spitfire pack. The intended method for installation is as an optional set of markings.

A) Extract the texture files (*.bmp) in this zip file to the main Realair Spitfire IX 2007 folder (Install with folder path "ON" and two new texture folders should be made.

B) Edit the aircraft.cfg files to add a new [fltsim.x] section that reads as follows: (change "x" to be the next number in sequence -- don't duplicate or skip or it will not work)
