FSX Spitfire Mk IX

Spitfire PR Mk XI MB945 wears the rare Luftwaffe “Zirkus Rosarius” evaluation markings, recreating the captured RAF reconnaissance aircraft used for fighter-squadron demonstrations in 1944. Designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, this texture set updates exterior paint and identifiers, and requires the RealAir Spitfire Mk IX package.

Textures only. The captured Spitfire PR MkXI of the 2./Versuchsverband OKL - Zirkus Rosarius. The RAF Spitfire PR Mk XI serial MB945 was captured by the Luftwaffe on 1 April 1944 and used for the "Zirkus Rosarius" demonstrations to German fighter squadrons. Textures by Jindrich Barta.

Extract/unzip the rosaspit.ZIP file.
Move the folder TEXTURE.Rosarius to the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\RealAir Spitfire IX 2007.
Copy the text between the asterisks below into the AIRCRAFT.CFG file in your RealAir Spitfire IX 2007 folder, at the end of the previous [fltsim.X] entries, replacing the 'X' in [fltsim.X] with the next sequential number.
