FSX P-51D 'Small Boy Here' Update

P-51D “Small Boy Here” repaint update restores the missing alpha channel in the P-51D_2_T.dds texture, improving surface reflections and finish accuracy for the Warbirdsim P-51D Little Friends package. Built for FSX, it requires the original “Small Boy Here” livery and delivers a cleaner, more authentic exterior look.

This is an updated P-51D_2_T.dds file for the repaint of 44-63620 'Small Boy Here' (SMALLBOY_HERE.ZIP) for the the Warbirdsim P-51D 'Little Friends'. The file in the original post lacks an alpha channel; this is now corrected. By Dave Quincey.

Find your .../../Simobjects/Airplanes/P-51D_Little_Friends_75_DT/texture.SBH folder and copy and paste the new P-51D_2_t.dds file into the folder, replacing when asked. That's it.

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
