FSX SP2 Dash 74A Propellor Fix

Sharper Dash 7 passenger propeller visuals come from this replacement texture set, designed to clean up the spinning disc effect and improve clarity in daylight and dusk. Built for FSX SP2, it requires the Milton Shupe Dash 7 VC passenger package (D7VCMDLA) and updates the aircraft’s propeller appearance without changing flight dynamics or sounds.

This fix is for the Dash 7 VC passenger version for FS2004 by Milton Shupe, Scott Thomas, Joao Paz and sounds by Aaron Swindle (D7VCMDLA.ZIP). It offers an improved propellor texture. By Nick Cooper.

To install,copy them to your ......FSX\simobjects\Dash7v2a\texture folders and let them overwrite the existing files. These textures will still be obscured by clouds, I believe that problem lies within the model file.

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
