Download FlyByWire A32NX liveries for MSFS 2020, choose the correct aircraft package, install it properly and fix missing liveries.
You can download free FlyByWire A32NX liveries for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 from our MSFS civil jet aircraft library. Choose a package explicitly labelled A32NX or FlyByWire, not merely A320neo; extract it into the PC Community folder after installing the required A32NX base aircraft.
How do I choose the right A32NX livery?
The aircraft named in the download description matters more than the airline or paint scheme. The FlyByWire A32NX and the default Asobo A320neo are separate aircraft packages, so their repaints are not interchangeable.
- Choose downloads that explicitly mention FlyByWire A32NX, FBW A32NX or an equivalent FlyByWire designation.
- Check that Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 is supported. Do not assume a package marked only for MSFS 2024 is backwards-compatible.
- Follow any stated aircraft-build or variant requirement. Older repaints may need updating after changes to the base aircraft.
- For a multi-livery archive, check whether it contains several separate package folders rather than one package to install whole.
The repaint does not include the aeroplane itself. Install the FlyByWire A32NX base aircraft first. If you actually fly the stock Asobo model, use liveries made for the default A320neo instead.
How do I install an A32NX livery in MSFS 2020?
On PC, an A32NX repaint is installed as its own package in the MSFS 2020 Community folder; it must not be merged into the FlyByWire aircraft folder.
- Close MSFS 2020. Installing while the simulator is running can prevent the new package from being detected.
- Extract the download. Do not place the ZIP, RAR or 7z archive directly in Community.
- Find the package root. The folder copied into Community should normally contain files such as
manifest.jsonandlayout.json. Remove an unnecessary outer wrapper folder if those files are buried another level down. - Copy each livery package into the Community folder. Its location varies between Microsoft Store, Steam and custom installations.
- Restart the simulator. Select the FlyByWire A32NX in the aircraft selector, then choose the repaint from its livery options.

Can Xbox users install downloaded A32NX liveries?
No. External Community-folder downloads are for the PC version of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Xbox does not provide access to the required package folders, so console users are limited to compatible content distributed through the simulator's built-in Marketplace.
Why is my A32NX livery not showing?
A missing repaint usually means the package is nested incorrectly, targets another A320 model or is no longer compatible with the installed aircraft.
- Wrong aircraft selected: choose the FlyByWire A32NX before opening the livery list. A repaint built for it will not normally appear under the Asobo A320neo.
- Folder nested too deeply: confirm that
manifest.jsonandlayout.jsonsit inside the package folder placed directly in Community. - Duplicate versions: remove older copies of the same repaint. Two packages using the same internal identifiers can conflict.
- Outdated package: blank, pink or incorrectly mapped textures usually indicate missing assets or an incompatible texture definition. Replace the repaint with a revised A32NX-compatible package rather than modifying the base aircraft.
- Simulator was running: close MSFS completely after changing Community-folder contents, then relaunch it.
