The MSFS application directory, the writable Packages directory and the Community folder are not necessarily in the same place. How do I update ChasePlane for MSFS 2024?
Update ChasePlane separately from Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 because a Sim Update does not update third-party desktop utilities or their integration packages.
- Close the simulator and ChasePlane. Check Task Manager if an updater claims files are still in use.
