X-Plane Mobile does not have a native Windows PC version. It is designed for supported iOS and Android devices. An Android emulator may sometimes run it on Windows, but this is unofficial and can bring graphics, control, sign-in and purchase problems. For a PC, use the desktop edition of X-Plane instead.
Is there an official X-Plane Mobile version for Windows?
No—X-Plane Mobile is a mobile app, not the Windows build of X-Plane. There is no official Windows installer for the Mobile edition, and its app files cannot be copied into desktop X-Plane.

Can an Android emulator run X-Plane Mobile?
An Android emulator can sometimes launch X-Plane Mobile on Windows, but successful installation does not guarantee that the simulator will work properly. Emulators present virtual hardware that may not satisfy the app's graphics, sensor or device checks.
What problems can an emulator cause?
- Graphics errors or crashes: the emulator's virtual graphics driver may not handle the rendering features expected by the app.
- Poor controls: touch gestures, tilting and multi-touch cockpit inputs do not always map cleanly to a mouse or keyboard.

- Account and purchase trouble: restoring subscriptions or paid content depends on the emulator supporting the required account and marketplace services.
- Update failures: an app or emulator update can break a configuration that previously worked.
If the app is marked incompatible with the virtual device, avoid downloading an unauthorised APK from a third-party download site. Such packages may be obsolete or modified, and they do not solve missing graphics or device support.
Can you mirror X-Plane Mobile to a PC screen?
Screen mirroring is a safer way to use a larger display, but the simulator still runs on the phone or tablet. The mobile device remains responsible for touch input and rendering, while video delay and compression can make precise flying harder.
What should PC users install instead?

Do Mobile purchases and add-ons transfer to PC?
No—treat X-Plane Mobile and desktop X-Plane as separate products. A Mobile purchase or subscription does not provide a desktop licence, and desktop aircraft, scenery and plugins cannot be installed in the mobile app.
Likewise, copying mobile files into the desktop Aircraft or Custom Scenery folders will not convert them. Desktop add-ons use different file structures, plugin interfaces and installation methods.
