Which mobile flight simulator is more realistic?

X-Plane calculates aerodynamic forces through its blade element-based flight model. Can X-Plane Mobile and Infinite Flight work offline?
X-Plane Mobile is the safer option when offline flying is a requirement, provided the required aircraft and local scenery have already been installed or downloaded.
Features involving global scenery, multiplayer, account validation or new content still need connectivity. Infinite Flight has a solo mode, but solo does not necessarily mean fully offline: streamed world data and account-dependent content can require an internet connection.
