At Monmouth Executive, five approaches are concentrated on only two of the four runway ends. Four are RNAV (GPS), making satellite-based procedures the main instrument option, while the single VOR procedure provides the only other approach type. Runway length differs sharply: 14/32 is more than twice the length of 03/21, so it is the only alignment offering more than 3,508 ft.
Lakehurst Maxfield Field has equally broad chart coverage by total count. Ocean County and Trenton-Robbinsville sit in the middle, while Lakewood and Old Bridge have much thinner published sets. For visual planning, Monmouth Executive appears on both the New York and Washington sectionals and on the New York and Philadelphia terminal area charts, adding wider regional and more detailed terminal-area context beyond the airport’s instrument procedures.
