All six runway ends at Cleveland-Hopkins have published approaches, with ILS and RNAV (GPS) procedures forming the core of the set and localiser options adding further coverage. Four ILS procedures include CAT II/III minima, giving the collection greater depth than a simple one-approach-per-end arrangement. The two longest runways share the 06/24 alignment and are close to 10,000 ft, while 10/28 provides a separate alignment but is roughly 3,000–4,000 ft shorter.
Among nearby fields, Burke Lakefront, Cuyahoga County and Lorain County Regional have comparatively broad procedure collections. Elyria and Medina Municipal have much thinner coverage, with only two and three charts respectively. The Detroit Sectional supplies wider regional VFR context, while the Cleveland Terminal Area Chart adds more detailed coverage around Cleveland.
