West Bend’s six approaches serve all four ends of its two crossing runways, so instrument coverage is not concentrated on one alignment. Four RNAV (GPS) procedures provide most of that coverage, supplemented by two VOR approaches. The chart set also includes departure procedures, but no dedicated airport diagram.
Both fixed-wing runways are shorter than 4,500 ft, making runway-length requirements a defining constraint for aircraft using the field. Among nearby airports, Waukesha County has equally broad chart coverage and Lawrence J Timmerman is close behind; Hartford Municipal and Dodge County have notably thinner sets. The Chicago Sectional adds the wider visual-navigation context absent from the terminal procedures.
