Approach coverage

Flagstaff Pulliam’s three approach plates serve both ends of its sole 03/21 runway. The set combines ILS and localiser capability with two RNAV (GPS) approaches, so published instrument coverage is not confined to one direction. The 8,800 ft runway offers a single alignment, while the 7,014 ft field elevation makes high-elevation aircraft performance calculations particularly relevant when interpreting that length.

Regional chart context

Prescott has by far the broadest procedure coverage among the nearby fields. Sedona’s chart set is much thinner, while H A Clark Memorial Field, Cottonwood and Valle have thinner coverage again. The Phoenix Sectional supplies wider-area VFR context beyond the airport diagram and terminal instrument procedures.

Common questions about KFLG

What charts are available for KFLG?

7 current FAA charts for Flagstaff Pulliam, including 3 instrument approachs, 1 departure procedure, 1 airport diagram. All are free to download as PDFs from this page, from the 6 August 2026 cycle.

What are the radio frequencies for KFLG?

Ground 121.9; ATIS 125.8; CTAF 134.55; UNICOM 122.95. Full civil VHF list, with sector notes, is in the frequencies table on this page — from the FAA NASR subscription.

How long is the runway at KFLG?

Flagstaff Pulliam has 1 runway. The longest is 03/21 at 8,800 ft by 150 ft, asphalt. Full runway dimensions, lighting and approach aids are listed on this page.

Does KFLG have an ILS approach?

Yes — 1 ILS procedure is published. In total KFLG has 3 published instrument approaches, of which 2 are RNAV (GPS).

Where can I download the KFLG airport diagram?

The official FAA airport diagram for Flagstaff Pulliam is free to download at the top of this page. It shows runways, taxiways, ramp layout and hold-short positions, and is reissued every 28 days.

How high is KFLG?

The field elevation is 7,014 ft. At that height the air is thin enough to matter: take-off and landing distances are longer than the same aircraft would need at sea level, and the effect worsens as temperature rises. The approach charts carry the altitudes that apply.

Is KFLG a towered airport?

Yes. Flagstaff Pulliam has an operating control tower, within Albuquerque Center's airspace. Tower, ground and clearance frequencies are listed on this page.

Are these KFLG charts current?

They are from the FAA cycle effective 6 August 2026, which is superseded on 3 September 2026. We publish each new cycle on its effective date. They are for flight simulation and reference only — not for real-world navigation.
