Gainesville Municipal’s two RNAV (GPS) approaches serve two of its four runway ends, concentrating instrument access on selected directions rather than providing procedures for every alignment. The 6,000 ft runway offers 1,693 ft more available length than runway 13/31, a material difference when matching runway requirements to the field’s two choices. An airport diagram is also published.
Denton Enterprise has by far the broadest nearby procedure set, while North Texas Regional/Perrin Field is only slightly broader than Gainesville. Bowie Municipal, Ardmore Downtown Executive and Sherman Municipal each have thinner chart coverage. The Dallas–Ft Worth sectional adds regional visual context, while the corresponding Terminal Area Chart provides a closer-scale view of the terminal area beyond the airport-specific instrument procedures.
