Approach coverage across every runway end

Indianapolis International has published approaches to all six runway ends, with equal numbers of ILS and RNAV (GPS) procedures. Localiser options add further coverage, while CAT II/III minima are published for three ILS procedures. The parallel 05/23 runways provide 11,200 ft and 10,000 ft of length, supplemented by the 7,278 ft 14/32 runway on a different alignment.

Nearby procedure and VFR coverage

The nearby fields have markedly smaller chart sets. Eagle Creek Airpark, Indy South Greenwood, Indianapolis Metro and Indianapolis Executive each have similarly broad coverage relative to one another, while Hendricks County-Gordon Graham Field is much more lightly documented. Cincinnati and St Louis sectional charts provide wider VFR context beyond the airport-specific terminal procedures.
