Offutt AFB’s 11,703 ft Runway 13/31 accommodates aircraft needing long take-off or landing runs, but the single-runway layout provides no alternative alignment. Both runway ends have published approaches. The nine approach charts include ILS, localiser and RNAV (GPS) procedures; three ILS and three localiser procedures make ground-based guidance particularly prominent, while two RNAV (GPS) procedures add satellite-based coverage.
Eppley Airfield has a markedly broader nearby chart set, while Council Bluffs Municipal has substantial but thinner coverage. Plattsmouth, Millard and Blair each have much smaller procedure sets. The Omaha sectional adds regional VFR context beyond the airport-specific terminal charts.
