Owatonna Degner Regional’s approach set serves only two of its four runway ends. It combines an ILS with RNAV (GPS), VOR and localiser coverage, providing both precision and non-precision procedures while leaving the remaining runway ends without published approaches. The 5,500 ft runway provides 2,500 ft more available length than the crossing 3,000 ft runway, so runway alignment makes a substantial difference to usable distance.
Faribault has the same number of published charts, while Mankato’s nine-chart set is broader. Waseca, Dodge Center and Albert Lea each have thinner four-chart collections. The Chicago, Green Bay and Omaha sectionals supplement the instrument procedures with wider visual-reference and regional airspace context.
