Rifle Garfield County’s nine approaches serve both ends of its single 08/26 runway. Six RNAV procedures form the core of the set, while the ILS, localiser and VOR procedures provide coverage beyond an exclusively GPS-based collection. With only one 7,000 ft runway, every procedure ultimately uses the same alignment; there is no second runway orientation. No dedicated airport diagram is published.
Aspen-Pitkin County/Sardy Field has the broadest nearby procedure set, with Eagle County Regional and Grand Junction Regional close behind. Their coverage is much nearer to Rifle’s than the thinner collections for Meeker Coulter Field and Blake Field. The Denver Sectional adds the wider visual-navigation context that the airport-specific instrument procedures do not show.

CTAF 122.8. Full civil VHF list, with sector notes, is in the frequencies table on this page — from the FAA NASR subscription.
Rifle Garfield County has 1 runway. The longest is 08/26 at 7,000 ft by 100 ft, asphalt. Full runway dimensions, lighting and approach aids are listed on this page.
Yes — 1 ILS procedure is published. In total KRIL has 9 published instrument approaches, of which 6 are RNAV (GPS).
The field elevation is 5,536 ft. At that height the air is thin enough to matter: take-off and landing distances are longer than the same aircraft would need at sea level, and the effect worsens as temperature rises. The approach charts carry the altitudes that apply.
No — Rifle Garfield County has no control tower. Traffic co-ordinates on a common frequency rather than with a controller, which is listed in the frequencies table on this page.
