Ryan Field’s two approach plates concentrate all published instrument approaches on a single runway end: one provides ILS and localiser options, while the other uses RNAV (GPS). The parallel 06/24 runways and crossing 15/33 create six runway ends, but the other five have no published approaches. At 5,500 ft, the longer parallel runway offers 1,490 ft more length than 15/33, a significant difference between the available alignments.
Tucson International and Davis Monthan AFB have substantially broader procedure sets nearby. Marana Regional and Nogales International are closer to Ryan Field’s level of coverage, while Coolidge Municipal has a thinner set. The Phoenix Sectional adds broader visual-route context beyond the airport diagram and terminal procedures.
