Kelly-Lackland Air Force Base scenery brings San Antonio, Texas to life in FSX with custom hangars, large-aircraft facilities, the Boeing complex, Wilford Hall Medical Center, plus fuel trucks and ground support equipment. AFCAD parking supports MAIW C-5 and F-16 traffic, and requires EZ Scenery libraries, Dan French Core Libraries Vol2, GGSE, Loney’s objects, and C-17 statics.

The SCENERY requires The following free downloadable libraries for some things to show up:

  • EZ Scenery libraries (David Grindele's all-inclusive available for free download).
  • Dan French Core LibrariesVol2_FSX or higher (dlfcorelibraries2FSX.zip).
  • ggse_j3.zip by John Stinstrom.
  • Loney's Hangars and Buildings (loneys_hangars_and_buildings1.zip).
  • C-17 Static Scenery Objects by Guy Diotte (boeingc-17globemasterupdated.zip).

The basic AI TRAFFIC requires the following downloads:

  • 1. MAIW "AMC West C-5's" package (Item 168 at Owl's Nest).
  • 2. MAIW "Southwest ANG" package (Item 151 at Owl's Nest).

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

    Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.

  3. Activate in Scenery Library

    In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
