Installation:

Use a decompression program like Winzip to unzip the downloaded file to a temp directory.
Use Windows Explorer to copy the texture folder to inside the PBY5-A aircraft folder.
Add the following lines to the Aircraft config file (observing to substitute in [fltsim.X] the X by the convenient number):

[fltsim.X] title=Consolidated PBY5-A Panair do Brasil sim=pby model= panel= sound= texture=panair kb_checklists= kb_reference= atc_id=PP-PCY ui_manufacturer=Consolidated ui_type=PBY5-A ui_variation=Panair do Brasil description=The PBY Catalinas were incorporated to Panair do Brasil from 1943 on and used in the Amazonas region. atc_heavy=0 atc_airline= atc_flight_number=

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place files per readme

FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.
