FS2004 VARIG Douglas C-47 (Old Paint) V2.0

VARIG’s postwar Douglas C-47B PP-VAX comes alive with an authentic “old paint” livery that suits classic DC-3 passenger operations, adding period-accurate airline identity and clean exterior details. Designed for FS2004, it requires the MAAM Sim payware C-47 model and Jan Visser’s BPB_FS9 base package.

A silver twin-engine propeller aircraft marked PP-VAX is taxiing near a terminal, with two VARIG jet airliners parked at gates.

Needs original payware model from MAAM Sim and BPB_FS9.ZIP by Jan Visser. PP-VAX was a C-47 (ex 44-76422) used by Varig in the post war time. Repaint by Luiz Foernges over C-47 originals from MAAM Sim and Jan Visser.

Installation:

Unzip and install the texture file into your FS2004 MAAM C-47 aircraft folder.
Copy and paste the following lines in to this Aircraft CFG file substituting the XX in by the appropriate number.

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
