Cleveland-Hopkins Int'l Airport, Ohio (OH). A high quality AFCAD2 file the Cleveland-Hopkins International (KCLE) scenery by Shehryar Ansari. Features assigned gates for all airlines that currently serve CLE. A tower view is provided for the airport and two runways are in use to maximize traffic flow. Runway 6L/24R for takeoffs, runway 6R/24L for landings. Runway 6C/24C is also included as it is still used in real life (as a taxiway). An AFCAD parking code for Independence Air, who also serve CLE, is included to add to your 'ParkingSpecs' document. Every available space at this airport has been used to provide a total of 112 parking positions, comprising 26 gates for regional jets, 42 gates for mainline aircraft, 9 cargo ramps and 35 GA ramps. Requires CLE2003.ZIP and CLE2004U.ZIP scenery add-on by Shehryar Ansari. This file is not recommended to be used with the default FS airport. By Lee Brompton.
Overview of Cleveland-Hopkins Int'l Airport.
- I've added all the real life gates to the airport, plus overflow parking, also some GA parking.
- 2 runways (6L/24R and 6R/24L) are in use at the same time, to help alleviate any traffic jams or Go-Arounds.
- Runway 6C/24C is also included on this AFCAD, as it is still used in real life (as a taxiway). I have set this runway as closed for takeoffs and landings. If you want to use it as a runway then you will need to reopen it.
