Animation Systems and Ground Handling

This model comes with a range of animation capabilities to enhance cargo flight immersion. The Posky Utility panel allows for the deployment of cargo vehicles, opening of cargo doors, and activation of a tow truck. You can also manually trigger these doors through various Shift-key commands:

Install Procedure

2. Move the entire “Boeing 767-200 GE CF6-80A SSP2010” folder into your simulator’s “Airplanes” directory. The default path is commonly: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes.
3. Copy the contents of the included “Effects” folder into your main FSX Effects folder, typically located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Effects.

Noteworthy Observations

While this FSX-specific model incorporates the virtual cockpit seamlessly, there is a minor limitation involving the SATCOM dome atop the fuselage. In Microsoft Flight Simulator X, the alpha channel parameters used to hide it do not function as expected, so it remains visible even if the associated texture is altered. This issue is not present with older FS2004 models, yet using the FS2004 variant here would break the virtual cockpit synchronization.
