In addition, this release implements Animated Ground Servicing (AGS) components, allowing users to interact with passenger doors, cargo doors, and service vehicles. These animations help replicate real-world servicing procedures.

Installation Steps

1. Extract the contents of the downloaded package into the “Airplanes” folder within your main FSX directory.
2. Important: Skip the next step if you have previously installed one of the AGS-capable aircraft from CamSim.
3. Open the Effects.zip file and place its contents into the “Effects” folder under your FSX root folder. This includes night lighting effects and other visual enhancements.

Using Animated Ground Servicing

Within this package, ground operations have been carefully modeled to simulate realistic servicing scenarios. These operations include opening specific doors and deploying service vehicles for an immersive turnaround process:

• Press Shift+E to open and close the main passenger doors.
• Press Shift+E+2 to control the smaller rear cargo doors, which align with FSX ground support animations.
• Press Shift+D to operate the cargo doors.
• Press Shift+C to activate or end the ground service animations.

Before engaging these ground operations, confirm the following default keyboard assignments in FSX:

• Wing fold/unfold assigned to Shift + C.
• Tail hook up/down assigned to Shift + D.
