FSX Europe Compilation Xmas Set Scenery

Europe Compilation Xmas Set, includes - EDDT. Consists of Brussels-EBBR, Frankfurt/Main-EDDF, Schonefeld-EDDB, Tegel-EDDT, Barajas-LEMD, Charles-de-Gaulle-LFPG, Fiumicino-LIRF, Lisbon-LPPT. All BGL files designed with the latest version of ADE (v1.37) and made only for the FSX default airport, some with the crosswind runway operating, now activated by ADE where all runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one file as the default runway operation. EDDT is new, makover for EBBR and LPPT with minor improvements to all other files, airport views are from the roof of the control towers except LFPG and LPPT which are from inside the tower (when in tower view). Where there are 2 BGL files, for example: EDDF_ADE_RS.BGL and EDDF_ADE_CW_RS.BGL

The 'EDDF_ADE_CW_RS.BGL' version is with the Xwind rwy activated and in operation, the other version EDDF_ADE_RS.BGLis without. Parking is the same in both......

PLEASE NOTE: when using ATIS with the EDDF_ADE_CW_RS.BGL file you will hear the fake rwy's, this is the method used in activating Xwind rwy's created by Jim Vile and should be ignored or if prefered use the version EDDF_ADE_RS.BGL

To Install:

1. simply take the "BGL" file of your choice from the appropriate folder and place it into: Flight Simulator X/Addon Scenery/scenery folder.

2. some have jetway extensions, to see these you need to add the textures for them, not all files have them, but its a good idea to add them for future use with my files.

Go to the FSX\Scenery\NAME\Texture folder. Go down the list until you see jfk_jetway.dds (day texture) and jfk_jetway_LM.dds (night texture).
"COPY" them out of that folder and paste them into the Scenery\Global\Texture folder.

3. Start up the Flight sim and the changes will be present.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ONLY USE ONE BGL FILE AT A TIME FOR THE SAME AIRPORT if it has a crosswind runway (CW.BGL) file:
ie: make sure there is only ONE 'EDDF.BGL' FILE you are using, in the Addon Scenery/scenery folder at any time, remove/delete any other EDDF.bgl to avoid incorrect parking.

To Uninstall:

1. Delete/remove the BGL file and the default will then be active.

TIP: when in tower view: go to your control settings and look for the "View track/pan Toggle" allocate a keyboard key stroke to it (i allocated a button on my X52 controller) this will unlock the user aircraft, then you can use the hat switch to pan 360 degrees around the airport, hitting the key stroke again (in my case a button) will return you to the user aircraft position.
