FSX Tipella Lookout Station Scenery

Scenery Tipella Lookout Station. This is a fictitious lookout station located on the top of a mountain northeast of Tipella, British Columbia, Canada.It is on the side of a bluff over looking Harrison Lake. It is a short take off and landing field, with a grass runway that is on an sloped to the top of the hill, and very challenging. By Marvin Carter.

The Airport designation code is"(TLS)" and has its own Unicom frequency's=124.325 MHz, Elevation 4844ft,angled grass runway.It will be located in the scenery library under Canada/British Columbia/Tipella/Tipella Lookout Station. It is located North East across the lake from Tipella airport, about 4nm on a heading of 67.It can also be found at a heading of 34 out of Vancouver Intl about 55nm. This is a very challenging airport, it has a sloped runway so you need to come up from below and fly up to the threshold. You will need something like a Super Cub to land at this field. To take off you just bail off the side the hill the way you came in to gain air speed. There is a area at the top of the runway to turn around but things are tight There.There is also a Helo spot near the Station it is not marked, but will be listed in the airport menu. There is no service's so have your own fuel.

Not all set ups and settings in flight Sim X are the same, so some may see it alittle different than others.I have UTX and GEX in my sim.

land detail texture checked
Texture Max Load= 4096 in FSX cfg
Autogen= normal
May not matter but put in to let you know.

Installation:
Place Tipella Lookout Station folder in you main addon scenery folder in FSX, In your sim go to your scenery Library in settings, Click Add Area,pick Tipella Lookout Station folder in Add on scenery. Click on OK only once, then in main scenery page click OK only once also, building database for new scenery files will start, may take a minute, or place all the BGL files in the scenery folder in main sim Addon scenery folder, and it will do it automatically for you. Then you're good to go.

This is my third scenery try. Hope you will like it and have fun flying in and out of this little airport. If this works out OK. I will make others in the area for short little hops in your favorite short take off and landing planes or helicopters. Most of all, just have "FUN"!!!
