Indian Arm Day Park scenery adds a fictional floatplane getaway at the mouth of Indian Arm near downtown Vancouver, with a GPS-listed water runway and an NDB on 225.0 for ADF navigation. Built for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it includes docks, boat ramp, cabins, restaurant, swimming and activity areas, plus a nearby island residence.

Scenery Indian Arm Day Park and float plane base, Vancouver, BC, Canada. This is a fictitous scenery of a day park and float plane base located at the mouth of Indian Arm (river) just northeast of downtown Vancouver. There is a water runway (viewable on GPS) and NDB.

This scenery was designed with a clean install of FSX and no addons such as Ultimate Terrain, so if you have such addons objects may appear where they were not intended to be.

This is a fictitous scenery of a Day Park and float plane base located at the mouth of Indian Arm (river) just north-east of downtown Vancouver. there is a water runway (viewable on GPS) and NDB (ADF) w/frequency of 225.0 and a range of 60 nautical miles. Complete with boat ramp, float plane and boat dock, cabins, a nice resturaunt, swimming area with diving dock, a private resdence on a nearby island and lot's of activites including a 4 wheel drive challenge area where 4 wheelers test their off-road skills. Can be a stand alone scenery or use with "Vancouver Extras", coming soon. Install....move the unzipped "indian arm float base" folder to FSX's addon scenery folder and activate in the default manner.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
