You can download free Avro RJ liveries from our Microsoft Flight Simulator freeware library. Match each repaint to the exact Avro RJ add-on, developer and variant—RJ70, RJ85 or RJ100—before installing it; a livery made for another package or for the related BAe 146 will not work correctly.
How do I find the correct Avro RJ repaint?
Search by both aircraft variant and operator, then verify the required base aircraft on the download page. Useful searches include Avro RJ, RJ70, RJ85, RJ100, the airline name and, where known, the registration.
The package name matters more than the general aircraft family. If a file is labelled for Just Flight Avro RJ Professional, it requires that precise aircraft package. A repaint for Just Flight BAe 146 Professional is not automatically compatible, despite the close relationship between the real aircraft.

Does an Avro RJ livery include the aircraft?
No. An Avro RJ livery normally contains textures and configuration data, not the flyable aircraft. You must already have the exact base add-on named in the requirements.
Some packages cover several Avro RJ variants, while others contain one paint for one model. Check the variant, simulator generation and developer before downloading; an MSFS 2020 repaint should not be assumed to work in MSFS 2024 unless the author or aircraft developer confirms compatibility.
How do I install Avro RJ liveries in MSFS?
On PC, most standalone Avro RJ liveries are extracted into the active Community folder, although any instructions supplied with the download take priority.
- Read the requirements. Confirm the aircraft package, RJ variant and supported Microsoft Flight Simulator version.
- Extract the archive. Do not place the unopened ZIP file in
Community. The usable package folder will commonly containmanifest.jsonandlayout.jsonnear its top level. - Move the package folder. Put that folder—not an unnecessary outer download folder—inside the active
Communitydirectory. - Restart Microsoft Flight Simulator. Select the correct RJ70, RJ85 or RJ100 and choose the repaint from its livery selector.

Why is my Avro RJ livery not showing?
A missing Avro RJ repaint is usually caused by an incorrect folder level, the wrong aircraft variant or a package mismatch.
- The livery remains compressed as a ZIP or RAR archive.
- The actual package is nested one folder too deep inside
Community. - Microsoft Flight Simulator is reading a different
Communitylocation from the one you used. - The repaint targets the BAe 146 or another developer's aircraft instead of your Avro RJ package.
- The livery supports only one variant, such as the RJ85, while you selected the RJ100.
- An aircraft or simulator update has made an older repaint incompatible.
- Two versions of the same livery package are installed and conflict.

Can I install downloaded Avro RJ liveries on Xbox or PlayStation?
Downloaded Community-folder liveries are for PC and cannot be manually installed on Xbox or PlayStation. Console users need paints supplied with the aircraft or distributed through Microsoft Flight Simulator's supported in-sim content system.
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro, while Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 was never released for PlayStation. Neither console platform exposes the PC-style Community folder needed for standalone Avro RJ livery archives.
