Instrument coverage at Ennis

Ennis Muni’s instrument package is heavily weighted towards route procedures: ten departures and eight STARs accompany just one approach, a VOR procedure. The set therefore provides substantial published routing but very limited approach choice. Runway 16/34 is the sole strip; aircraft needing more than its 4,012 ft length cannot use another runway at the field. No airport diagram is published, leaving the set without a dedicated ground-layout sheet.

Surrounding chart context

Dallas Executive, Mesquite Metro, Lancaster Regional and Mid-Way Regional all have substantially broader chart coverage nearby. C David Campbell Field-Corsicana Municipal has a markedly thinner set. For VFR context, the Dallas-Ft Worth Sectional gives the wider-area view, complemented by the more focused Terminal Area Chart.
