Arlington Municipal’s chart set is strongly weighted towards departures, with 18 departure procedures against three instrument approach plates. Both ends of the single 16/34 runway are served, providing ILS, localiser and RNAV (GPS) options rather than concentrating instrument access on one direction. With no second runway, every procedure ultimately uses the same alignment.
Grand Prairie Municipal and Fort Worth Spinks have chart sets almost identical in size to Arlington’s, while Dallas Executive is somewhat broader and Mid-Way Regional thinner. Dallas-Fort Worth International stands apart with far more published material. For visual context, the Sectional covers the wider area, the Terminal Area Chart adds greater detail around Dallas–Fort Worth, and the Helicopter Route Chart shows the published helicopter-route framework.
