Procedures at Addison

Addison’s single 16/34 runway is served at both ends, so the approach set does not leave either direction without a published option. Its approach coverage combines two ILS, two RNAV (GPS) and two localiser variants across four IAP charts. With 18 departure procedures and 14 standard terminal arrivals against those four charts, most of the publication set is devoted to connections with the surrounding instrument route structure. All runway traffic nevertheless shares one 7,203 ft alignment; no secondary orientation is published.

Local chart context

KDFW’s set is nearly four times Addison’s and KDAL’s twice as large; KRBD matches Addison’s overall count, while KTKI and KGPM are slightly thinner. The sectional adds wider VFR context, the Terminal Area Chart a more focused Dallas-Fort Worth view, and the Helicopter Route Chart routing specific to helicopter operations.
