Procedure coverage

Aiken Regional’s three approach plates serve two of its four runway ends, concentrating instrument access on half of the available directions. They collectively provide ILS and localiser coverage alongside two RNAV (GPS) approaches. Six departure procedures give the chart set a stronger departure emphasis, while no airport diagram is published.

Runways and surrounding coverage

The 1,700 ft difference between the two runways makes 07/25 the only option for aircraft requiring more than 3,800 ft. Among nearby fields, Daniel Field has comparable chart coverage, Augusta Regional at Bush Field has twice as many published charts, and Saluda County, Lexington County and Barnwell Regional have much thinner sets. The Atlanta and Charlotte sectional charts add broader VFR navigation context beyond the terminal procedures.
