Approach coverage

Columbia Metro’s nine approach plates serve all four ends of its two runways, so instrument coverage is not concentrated on a single alignment. The set combines ILS, RNAV (GPS), VOR and localiser procedures; one ILS also carries CAT II/III minima. At 8,001 and 8,601 ft, the two runway alignments provide broadly similar lengths rather than leaving one as a markedly shorter secondary option.

Local chart context

Among nearby fields, Mc Entire JNGB comes closest in chart coverage with seven published charts, while North AF Aux has five and the other listed airports four each. None matches Columbia Metro’s 13-chart set. The Atlanta and Charlotte sectionals add wider visual context beyond the airport diagram and terminal procedures, with Columbia Metro covered on both sheets.
