Five of Daytona Beach International’s six runway ends have published instrument approaches, leaving only one end without coverage. The seven approach plates collectively provide ILS, RNAV (GPS) and localiser procedures, so the chart set combines precision and satellite-based options across most of the runway configuration. At 10,500 ft, runway 07L/25R is more than three times the length of its parallel runway, while runway 16/34 provides an intermediate 6,001-ft crossing alignment.
New Smyrna Beach has the broadest nearby procedure set, followed closely by Ormond Beach and DeLand. Spruce Creek’s two charts represent much thinner coverage, while Massey Ranch sits between those extremes. The Jacksonville Sectional adds the wider visual navigation and airspace context not shown by the airport-specific instrument procedures.
