Mid-Carolina Regional’s four IAP sheets collectively provide an ILS, a localiser, an NDB procedure and two RNAV (GPS) approaches. Both ends of the single 02/20 runway are served, giving instrument access from either alignment despite there being no second runway. The set is weighted strongly towards departures, with 15 departure charts against four approach sheets, so outbound routing occupies considerably more of the published procedure coverage.
Concord-Padgett Regional has a comparably broad chart set, with 23 charts against Mid-Carolina’s 25. Davidson County Executive and Statesville Regional have much thinner coverage at six each, while Twin Lakes and Lake Norman Airpark have two apiece. The Charlotte and Cincinnati sectionals provide broader VFR context, while the Charlotte Terminal Area Chart adds a more detailed terminal-area view.
