Nervino’s two RNAV (GPS) approaches are concentrated on a single runway end. Instrument procedure coverage is therefore available from one direction only; the reciprocal end of Runway 08/26 has no published approach. The single 4,651 ft runway also provides no alternative runway alignment.
Nearby fields vary sharply in procedural coverage. Amedee AAF has the thinner set, while Reno/Stead and Susanville Municipal are only modestly broader. Truckee-Tahoe has a notably wider selection, and Reno/Tahoe International is by far the most extensively charted nearby field.
