This is KISP - Long Island MacArthur for the FSX Default airport and was produced using ADE V1.38.04. Long Island MacArthur is a lively airport with a good level of GA - both business and leisure - and passenger operations from Southwest Airloines, as well as U.S. Airways EXpress, Delta Connection and Continental Connection.
Main Changes:
- Re-drew all aprons according to Jeppesen charts.
- Re-aligned all taxiways as per Jeppesen charts and added taxiway D and some taxiway links left out in both FS2004 and FSX.
- Made all three runways crosswind.
- Added a vehicle network for airport service vehicles to keep them away from aircraft.
- Added many airport buildings, unused aprons in real world positions.
- Added jetways left out of default airport.
- Created and coded airline gates according to Jeppesen charts and local research.
- Added large amounts of Small and Medium GA parking places around the airport.
- Added fire station.
- Added correct designators to "blank" taxiways.
- Added and edited Taxiway signs for additional taxiways.
- Added airport and civilian vehicles to one otherwise empty apron.
- Corrected all lighting and T-Offset specifications.
Installation:
- Remove any existing KISP AFD/AFCAD file in your FSX installation.
- Place the three files AIG_KISP_ADE_MB_Default.BGL and AIG_KISP_ADE_MB_Default_OBJ.BGL in your Addon Scenery/scenery folder and re-start FSX. AIG_KISP_ADE_MB_Default_OBJ.BGL includes the added buildings, vehicles and other objects.
Uninstall:
- Remove or delete the three files AIG_KISP_ADE_MB_Default.BGL and AIG_KISP_ADE_MB_Default_OBJ.BGL from your Addon Scenery/scenery folder and re-start FSX.
