FSX Gaya Airport Scenery

VEGY Gaya Airport scenery for FSX refreshes Bihar’s second-busiest field with Google Earth-aligned layout changes, including repositioned runway, removed closed strip, reworked taxiways and aprons, and a new terminal. It adds ATIS, fuel services, extra buildings and roads, isolation parking, ILS for runway 28, and approach lighting for runways 10 and 28.

(VEGY), Gaya, Bihar, India. Gaya Airport is a public airport serving Gaya, Bihar, India. It is the second busiest airport in Bihar.

Gaya is 100 kilometers south of Patna, the capital city of Bihar. Situated on the banks of Falgu River, it is a place sanctified by the Hindu, the Buddhist and the Jain religions. It is surrounded by small rocky hills by three sides and the river flowing on the fourth side. The city has a mix of natural surroundings, age old buildings and narrow bylanes.

VEGY - Gaya Airport updated to match data from Google Earth maps and published information.

Changes include:

Moved the runway and adjusted its length.
Removed the closed runway (10/19).
Added new terminal.
Added ATIS (127.05).
Modified taxiways, and aprons.
Reduced available parking to two.
Added fuel truck.
Added buildings and roadways.
Added ILS to rwy 28 (109.30).
Added approach lighting for rwys 10 and 28.
Added isolation parking.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
