description=Original model by Libardo Guzman, Tom Gibson, Greg Pepper. Original textures by Greg Pepper, Libardo Guzman, Cliff Presley, and Manuele Villa, this repaint by Jorge Fernandez, October 2009. Lloyd Aereo Colombiano operated from 1956 to the early 60's with a fleet of three C-46's. Their routes went as far north as Cuba and Miami, and as far south as Bolivia, in addition to a network within Colombia. HK-390 was c\/n 32954, built in December 1944 for the USAAF as 44-77558. After WWII and flying in China with CAT for a number of years it was delivered to Lloyd in March 1956. It crashed during a landing attempt at Bogota in the evening of 19 April 1960, with the loss of 37 out of the 51 occupants. This crash, and financial troubles, hastened the demise of the airline.
