MSFS Asobo Aviat Husky A-1C Bear Tooth Livery Pack

Bear Tooth livery pack for the Asobo Aviat Husky A-1C brings a bold black-and-yellow, jagged “tooth” scheme inspired by Aviat’s own design, with unpainted aluminum floats for added realism. Built for Microsoft Flight Simulator, it covers Small Wheel, Tundra, Floats, and Skis variants and requires the Husky A-1C aircraft.

Expert Overview

This Bear Tooth Livery Pack delivers a striking black and yellow paint scheme with a dramatic “tooth” motif along the fuselage for the Asobo Aviat Husky A-1C. It cleanly spans all four Husky variants (small wheel, tundra/large wheel, floats, and skis) in Microsoft Flight Simulator, offering a distinctive visual identity that stands out against the scenery. The subtle choice of leaving the float surfaces in polished aluminum adds an extra touch of realism, reflecting the true-to-life inspiration behind this design.

From my experience flying this mod, the collaboration between AIRPAC1 and ARFYRE has succeeded in bringing an authentic yet fresh take on the Husky’s real-world paint job. The crisp detailing and balanced color palette maintain a high level of immersion, and the distinct “bear tooth” artwork sets it apart from other liveries on the market. It’s an excellent addition for simmers who want a bold, adventurous look that still respects the aircraft’s real-life heritage.

How to install this mod

MSFS livery / repaint
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Locate your MSFS Community folder

All MSFS add-ons live in the Community folder. Microsoft Store / Game Pass version: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community\. Steam version: %APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Community\. Tip: enable Developer Mode in MSFS to see your exact Community folder path.
  3. Copy the livery folder into Community

Drag the extracted livery folder into your Community folder. The base aircraft must be installed for the livery to appear.
  4. Restart MSFS

Close MSFS completely and relaunch. The new content appears in the Content Manager, on the World Map, or in the aircraft/livery selector.
  5. Always read the included readme
