Lehigh Valley International Airport (KABE) in Allentown, Pennsylvania gets a detailed stock-airport overhaul for FSX, with refined aprons and taxiways, more accurate terminal and support buildings, corrected airline gate assignments, expanded cargo and GA parking, plus a helipad. A relocated control tower and carefully placed static vehicles and aircraft add extra ramp life.

Lehigh Valley International Scenery.

By request, here is an improved version of the stock Lehigh Valley International Airport. I added and adjusted aprons and taxiways as needed. I replaced many of the existing buildings with more accurate ones and added several additonal buildings. Gate assignments for commercial traffic are correct, and I added Cargo and GA parking spaces, plus a helipad. I replaced the control tower and moved it, and added static vehicles, aircraft, and other filler objects.

I use Ultimate Terrain and FSGenesis landclass but they are not required. All objects are stock FSX so no additional object libraries are needed. Updates made using AirNav diagrams and Google Earth to be as accurate as possible. All work done with Flight 1's AFX program and Instant Scenery.

INSTALLATION:

Extract the two files KABE_AFX_JC.bgl and KABE_JC.bgl into your Addon Scenery/Scenery folder, re-start FSX and enjoy.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

Use these coordinates to fly directly to this location once the mod is installed.
