FSX Daegu International Airport Scenery

Daegu International Airport (RKTN) for South Korea gets a complete rebuild with updated layout, including the newer runway, added taxiway and apron areas, and custom airport buildings for a more authentic hub experience. Designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it replaces the default airport with detailed aprons, parking, and improved ground operations.

Daegu International Airport (RKTN), South Korea. This file replaces the stock Daegu International Airport scenery. The airport was originally an air force base, but by adding a new taxiway and an apron, (and of course several buildings) it became an international airport. Recently, the airport was added a new runway. File features are detailed aprons, parking, etc. Built with ADE v 1.37. By Er-Jin Jang.

Daegu International Airport Scenery.

This AFCAD (ADE) file for FSX is a replacement for the stock FSX Daegu International Airport. The following are directions for in stalling and uninstalling the file.

Directions - Windows XP Users
-Unzip the files into the .../FSX/Addon Scenery/Scenery folder.

Directions - Windows Vista Users
-Since Windows Vista usually does not let users unzip files directly into "Computer/..." files (C:, D:, etc...), unzip the files into a temporary folder on your desktop then Copy-Paste them into the .../FSX/Addon Scenery/Scenery folder.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
