FSX Abbotsford International (CYXX) Scenery

Abbotsford International Airport (CYXX) scenery upgrades the British Columbia hub in the Fraser Valley with refreshed terminal and support buildings, improved layout for cargo operations, military activity, and a dedicated heli base with training area. It also includes an optional grass strip for glider arrivals and a correctly placed ILS for runway 07 in FSX.

Abbotsford International Scenery.

Situated in the breathtaking Fraser Valley region of British Columbia, Abbotsford Intl airport is the perfect gateaway. Large enough to accomodate all type of aircraft and up to B737! The airports has been enhanced to provide service to Cargo, Military base, Heli base with its Heli school, and of course, Single & twin prop. There is also an option for glider with the Grass rwy located for an inbound Rwy 19C - Multiple buildings, and other admin have been replaced to their original state. CYXX has only 1 ILS rwy 07. Hope you'll enjoy your time in Abbotsford Intl Airport!

Drop the .bgl file in your FSX/Addon scenery/scenery folder.

These airports are not designed for A.I traffic yet, although FSX did link all parking spot and did not modified them.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

Use these coordinates to fly directly to this location once the mod is installed.
