Chicago O’Hare International Airport (KORD) gets a full layout refresh for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, updating runways, taxiways, aprons, terminals, vehicle paths, and parking positions to closely match real-world geometry. Airline gate codes are assigned across the field and the control tower placement is adjusted for improved runway visibility.

Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

Scenery O'Hare International Airport (KORD), Illinois (IL). A total makeover of America's second busiest airport.

Chicago o'hare or also known as o'hare international airport. It's also home to american airline, american eagle, ted and my fav united airline. I assigned the gates to the airline who uses them not based on real world but I put the airline who uses terminal 1 united airline (star alliance members lufthansa, all nippon airline). Terminal 2 houses united airline flight but It's mostly for there express flights and also these airline uses the terminal usair, jetblue, northwest, continental airline, frontier, usa 3000, and air canada and jazz.. Terminal 3 and 4 are for american airline and american express and eagle but delta uses the south side of terminal 4. Terminal 5 are for all international airline flights to chicago aer lingus, air jamaica, klm, air france, royal jordanian, swiss, qatar, air india and so on. I moved the tower closer so u can get a better view of all the runways and the surrounding area. I tried to put xwind but thats another thing I have to learn how to do. Hope you like it and this is just another airport I decided to do and may more will eventually come hope u liked the new kord I uploaded days ago with the new runway.

It's a major over haul and the runway configuration is different hope u enjoy and if not then just delete it :)

### PREFACE

This archive contains BGL-files for Microsoft Flight Simulator X to improve the airport.

This enhancement is rather intended for usage by purists, since it does not contain any further scenery, apart from the original, delivered by FSX!

You can expect RWYs, Aprons, TWYs, parking pos., etc with a high accuracy according to the real world.

The user is encouraged to let me know if he's found bugs or if he has suggestions for improvement.

WHAT IT DOES
+ Revise coordinates for TWYs, aprons, terminals, vehicle-paths, buildings, etc.
+ Assign airline codes to almost all of the gates.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

Finding the scenery

Use these coordinates to fly directly to this location once the mod is installed.
