Aptly called as the sports car of the aviation domain, Aerostar Superstar is well known for its dexterous handling and excellent flight performance. FSD International has now released a patch for the Aerostar Superstar. This new patch includes minor changes in the visual model, standard and virtual cockpit, and some small bug fixes.
With the new patch in place, Aerostar Superstar has been given some new stunning visuals, improved cockpits and better maneuverability in comparison with previous version. Considered to be one of the fastest twin piston prop GA aircraft of its kind,
Aerostar Superstar has a cool exterior with the interesting tail and streamlined nose. The simulation of Aerostar Superstar is made in a highly realistic fashion; complete with the full 2D panel, virtual cockpit systems and switch integration. The panel lighting is also simulated in a real-life manner. The animations are excellently done, especially that of the propeller. The texturing effects are also amazing.
There are around 9 paint schemes available to be chosen for the aircraft. The simulation of persistent damage and maintenance modeling, cabin pressurization, electrical system modeling, and Load Manager Utility is really out of this world. There is also a custom sound package available with the new patch of Aerostar Superstar. When in flight, the Aerostar Superstar handles beautifully, especially while flying in high speed.
The take off and the landing of this aircraft is really easy. The cockpit is rendered in a beautiful manner in the simulation, complete with Chart View Option, satellite weather map, Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS), tactical Storm Color Detection system, RMI indicator and audio panel. There is also the simulation of the Color Radar and audio panel available. The Aerostar Superstar is a great buy for all the flight sim enthusiasts, especially for those daredevil pilots.
