All four ends of Corpus Christi International’s two runways have published approach coverage. RNAV (GPS) procedures form the core of the set, supplemented by ILS, localiser and VOR options. This gives each runway alignment instrument procedure coverage rather than concentrating it on a single preferred end. Runway 13/31 is 1,430 ft longer than 18/36, while the second alignment preserves a substantial 6,080 ft of available length.
Corpus Christi NAS has the broadest nearby procedure set, exceeding CRP’s coverage, while Nueces County, Sinton, Ingleside Regional and Mustang Beach each have much thinner collections. Three sectional charts provide broader VFR context around Corpus Christi, and the US Gulf Coast Helicopter Route Chart adds route detail specific to helicopter operations.
