Henderson Executive has parallel runways, with 17R/35L providing 1,500 ft more length than 17L/35R. That difference gives aircraft requiring more runway a clear choice within the same alignment. The procedure set is weighted towards departures: four departure charts accompany only two instrument approaches, one RNAV (GPS) and one VOR. Instrument arrival coverage is therefore limited in both number and approach type.
Harry Reid International has a substantially broader chart set than Henderson Executive. Nellis AFB and North Las Vegas are much closer comparisons in overall chart coverage, while Boulder City Municipal and Laughlin/Bullhead International have markedly thinner sets. For visual flying, the Las Vegas Terminal Area Chart supplements three sectional charts, adding dedicated terminal-area coverage alongside the wider regional views.
