Procedure coverage at Miami Exec

Miami Exec’s instrument coverage reaches four runway ends through RNAV (GPS), ILS and localiser procedures. The set is weighted much more heavily towards departure and arrival routing than final approach plates: 13 departure procedures and 18 STARs sit alongside five IAP charts. Routing material is therefore a substantial part of the collection rather than the coverage being centred on approaches alone.

Runways and surrounding coverage

09R/27L is 997 ft longer than its parallel, while 13/31 is 1,999 ft shorter than the longest runway. The airport diagram helps distinguish those available lengths within the three-runway layout. Nearby, Miami International has markedly broader chart coverage; Miami-Opa Locka Executive and Homestead ARB are closer to Miami Exec’s total, while Ocean Reef Club is much thinner. The Miami Sectional and Terminal Area Chart add wider VFR and terminal-area context, with Caribbean 1 extending that view regionally.
