FS2004 Swiss Airbus A340-313X HB-JMG

This freeware release features the Swiss Airbus A340-313X (registration HB-JMG) tailored for FS2004. It showcases a custom livery created by Dickson Chan, along with core development work by Project Open Sky. The aircraft forges a detailed simulation of Swiss International Air Lines’ long-haul operations, framed around the A340’s four-engine configuration and extended range.

Overview

This build includes no virtual cockpit (VC). Instead, it supplies a wing-view-only model for enthusiasts who prefer an external vantage point. The package calls upon the design expertise of several specialists. Model designer Shervin Ahooraei, flight dynamics designer Warren C. Daniel, and texture artists Ben Hewitt and C. Vincent Cho all contributed to its authenticity. Gary Hayes focused on the virtual cockpit textures, and Nick Peterson along with Simon Ng Hin Tat offered key FDE advice. Additional XML programming support came from Fraser Turner and Bill Leaming. Finally, the main panel and certain gauges trace back to the work of Pasquale Rinaldi.
